The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) has announced that registration is now open for its annual industry meeting to discuss commodity purchase programs and USDA foods.Information on the meeting, which is scheduled October 27-28 in Arlington, Virginia, and a link to register is available in AMS’ in a Notice to the Trade. A block of hotel rooms is available at the Double Tree by Hilton, 300 Army Navy Drive, Arlington, Virginia. Rates are $222 (single) and $242 (double).In addition, AMS said that its New AMS Website Launched this past weekend.
