Sanderson Farms new poultry complex in St. Pauls and Robeson County, North Carolina, is expected to be completed in January 2017. The new facility will include a state-of-the-art poultry complex with the capacity to process 1.25 million birds per week for the big bird deboning market. The company is expected to employ approximately 1,100 people at the plant.
