USDA’s Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) has issued an amended specification, dated February 2016, for oven roasted 8-piece cut-up chicken for the federal purchase program. This amended specification previously went out in draft form for industry comment and is now final and can be viewed here. Changes are reflected in blue.
