We asked Keith three questions:

In 2-3 sentences, describe what good or service your company provides to the broiler industry.

For over 75 years, Catelli Brothers Family of Foods has built its reputation on the highest quality products and excellent customer service. As the US meat division of Préval AG, an international agri-food company, we supply leading supermarkets and food service companies with quality veal and lamb products and specialty processed beef, pork, chicken and turkey. Catelli Brothers Family of Foods is excited to continue our growth in the chicken industry and build on our many years of experience and dedication to producing quality meat and poultry products.

Can you briefly describe your position and responsibilities within the company?

As Vice President of Operations, I oversee every aspect of the operation at our Massachusetts facility from selection of our quality suppliers to the production process, to deliveries to our many happy customers. Since I stepped into this role in 2022, the company has seen significant sales growth and greatly expanded our presence in the value-added poultry category. This type of growth would not be possible without the Catelli Brothers legacy and the many committed team members that work every day to produce quality meat and poultry products.

What is your favorite chicken dish?

Chicken Parmesan. In my opinion, nothing can compete with the family of flavors that hit your mouth with every bite you take. From the crispy, seasoned breaded chicken to the rich and tangy tomato sauce, topped with gooey, melty mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, I can’t get enough. My favorite Chicken parmesan is my family recipe, which stems from the hills of Spiaggia di Mondello in Palermo, Sicily.
