Can you briefly describe your position and responsibilities within the company?
My position is the VP of Food Safety and Quality. I am responsible for leading our Food Safety efforts throughout our multiple production facilities. I work to foster Gold Creek’s three core values of trust, collaboration, and growth across the company in order to ensure that we consistently produce safe and wholesome products.
What is your favorite chicken dish?
I appreciate all chicken dishes that are high quality but I have to admit that my favorite chicken dish is a buffalo wing.
