USDA’s Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) on May 15 purchased chicken products as indicated below for distribution to the school lunch child nutrition and other related domestic food assistance programs for fiscal year 2012.
Deliveries will be made from July 1 through September 30.

AMS also announced this week plans to purchase chicken and chicken products for domestic food nutrtion assitance programs. Offers will be invited for chicken in the following forms:
- Cut-up, Kosher Cut-up
- Bulk Pack, Small
- Bulk Pack, Large
- Chicken Legs, Bulk Parts
- Thighs, Bulk Parts
- Oven-Roasted Chicken
The first solicitation will be issued in the near future for deliveries from July 1 through July 31.
