USDA/APHIS’ Plant Protection and Quarantine and Veterinary Services programs use GovDelivery to reach their stakeholders and said it is now expanding the registry to include information about its animal care, biotechnology regulatory services, international services and wildlife services programs. Once registered, GovDelivery allows the registrant to receive APHIS updates via email or text message. For persons already registered, profiles can be updated by going to the link and entering the persons email address or wireless number. APHIS noted that stakeholders will continue to be notified directly by APHIS regarding important Agency announcements and conference calls that are time sensitive.
