Allen Harim announced this week that it has hired industry veteran Pat Haynes, as Breeder Manager. Haynes joins Allen Harim with more than 25 years of animal agriculture knowledge, including a decade in breeder management. In his new role, he will be responsible for managing all breeding operations at the company and will work from the Liberty, North Carolina breeding facility.
“Pat will have an instant impact on our breeder program,” said Steve Evans, CEO of Allen. “His enthusiasm and wealth of experience related to breeding processes and animal agriculture will ensure continued success for the future of Allen Harim.”
Before joining Allen Harim, Haynes most recently worked for Perdue Farms, where he served as the Grandparent Production Manager of the Georgia and Tennessee Heritage Breeder and Hatchery program. He previously worked as Flock Supervisor and Egg Warehouse Manager at Perdue and has experience as an Agricultural Extension Agent with the North Carolina Cooperative Extension Service. Haynes holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from the Clemson University.
