The Partnership for Food Safety Education (PFSE) will host a July 16 webinar highlighting the importance of chilling food as a food safety step.

Refrigeration at 40 °F or below is one of the most effective ways to reduce risk of foodborne illness.  The webinar will feature observational research revealing how consumers actually chill food at home and a new chill outreach effort. PFSE is offering continuing education credits from the Commission on Dietetic Registration and the National Environmental Health Association. To learn more and register, go here.
