USDA’s Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) on November 13 purchased chicken products as indicated below for distribution to the school lunch child nutrition and other related domestic food assistance programs for fiscal year 2016.
Deliveries will be made from January 1 – March 31, 2016. A total of 1,728,000 pounds of oven roasted chicken was not awarded due to vendor constraints.
