Gail McWilliam, vice president, marketing – Perdue Brand, Perdue Farms, will continue to serve as chair of the Marketing Committee. Scott Rushing, manager, safety & health services, Sanderson Farms, was appointed by USPOULTRY this year to head up the Safety & Health Committee (NCC, National Turkey Federation and the U.S. Poultry & Egg Association are part of the Joint Poultry Industry Safety and Health Council).
