The Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) today posted its final notice restoring the eligibility of the United States to export poultry and poultry products to Korea. Meat from birds slaughtered on or after June 1 and shipped on or after July 8 is eligible, according to the MFDS notice.  This announcement from Korea means that China is the only major remaining market that bans U.S. poultry imports.
