President Donald Trump has signed a Continuing Resolution (CR) to fund the federal government through December 20.

The Senate passed the CR, also known as H.R. 3055, by a 74-20 vote earlier on Thursday. The House first passed the measure by a 231-192 vote on Wednesday.

The Senate returns from recess on December 2 and the House returns on December 3.

The House has passed all 12 FY2020 appropriations bills via two minibuses. Ten of the 12 appropriations bills have been introduced or passed in Senate committees, but the full chamber has yet to hold a vote on any individual appropriations bills.
