The Agricultural Marketing Service requests industry comments on draft updates to the Diced Chicken, Fully Cooked, Frozen Federal Purchase Program Specification (FPPS).
The primary updates include adding contractor check-loading and changes in certification of contract compliance and aligning language with recent FPPSs. Comments on the draft specification may be submitted to Terry Lutz at [email protected] by June 7, 2022.
