We asked Peter three questions:
In 2-3 sentences, describe what good or service your company provides to the broiler industry.
AJC International is a global marketer and distributor of our valued broiler supplier’s product. We take possession of the product at their doorstep and ensure that it is strategically placed into the hands of one of our 2,000 customers in over 140 countries around the world. We build value through our knowledge of the poultry business and our customers’ needs.
Can you briefly describe your position and responsibilities within the company?
I am Vice President of Procurement, responsible for the management of AJC’s five Product Categories: Poultry, Pork, Meat, French Fries/Vegetables and Seafood.
What is your favorite chicken dish?
Chicken Parmesan. I rate Italian restaurants by their Chicken Parm. If it impresses me, I will return!
