USDA’s NASS announces top states for broiler production in 2024

Georgia, North Carolina, Arkansas, Alabama and Texas were the top five states for liveweight broiler production last year, according to USDA’s National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS). Georgia reclaims its position from North Carolina as the number one producing state.
