The House Agriculture Appropriations Subcommittee this week approved the FY2026 agriculture appropriations bill by a 9-7, party-line vote.

The bill provides a total discretionary allocation of $25.523 billion, which is $1.163 million below the Fiscal Year 2025 enacted level.

The full House Appropriations Committee is scheduled to markup the bill next Wednesday, June 11, 2025.
