Plans are in place for the National Chicken Council’s July 12-14 Marketing Seminar, held in cooperation with the National Poultry & Food Distributors Association. This summer’s seminar will be held at the oceanfront Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort, Amelia Island, Florida, approximately 29 miles from the Jacksonville airport.

Join other marketing and sales executives from U.S. chicken processing companies as well as executives from the foodservice and retail segments for the two-day seminar that explores trends in food marketing and consumer purchasing behavior to help you better succeed in today’s competitive marketplace. Analysts also provide forecasts for chicken and competing meats. The seminar also incorporates a number of relaxed networking opportunities, including a golf tournament, all in a beautiful ocean-front setting.  The seminar agenda is available here.

If you plan to attend but have not yet registered, please note that the deadline for hotel reservations at the Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort is next Wednesday, June 10.  After that date, Omni hotel accommodations cannot be guaranteed and NCC’s discounted group rate will not apply.

For information about the seminar, how to make hotel reservations, and to register visit www.chickenmarketingseminar.org. Each meeting participant must register separately online using their unique username (your company email address on file with NCC) and NCC password.  If you do not know your password, you can recover your password on file with NCC as you start the registration process or contact Debra Newman at NCC via email to [email protected]  to request your password.
