USDA this week released its March monthly Cold Storage report showing total frozen poultry supplies were up three percent from the previous month and up 10 percent from a year ago.
Total frozen poultry supplies on February 28, 2023, were up three percent from the previous month and up 10 percent from a year ago. Total stocks of chicken were down slightly from the previous month but up 10 percent from last year.
