The Poultry Federation’s 12th Annual Food Safety Conference is scheduled to take place on March 5-7, 2024, at the Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort in Hot Springs, AR.

Food safety professionals, industry representatives, and academic community members from across the country are encouraged to attend the growing conference. Participants will receive critical information on the topic of food safety, quality, and compliance challenges from some of the best and most knowledgeable speakers in the business.

The National Chicken Council serves on the event’s planning committee, and NCC’s Ashley Peterson will be speaking at the conference. Other speakers include:
