Randy Day, Perdue Farms, and National Chicken Council Chairman of the Board, has announced the names of those industry representatives who will serve on NCC’s 2024 Environmental, Growout, and Marketing Committees.
Austin Pajda, Director of Environmental and Sustainability Services, Amick Farms, will serve as chair of the Environmental Committee. This committee operates jointly with the environmental committees of the U.S. Poultry & Egg Association (USPOULTRY) and the National Turkey Federation (NTF). Pajda was appointed chairman by USPOULTRY this year.
Dr. Sara Throne, Senior Director, Veterinary Services, Simmons Foods, will lead the Growout Committee. And Jeff Paschall, Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Fieldale Farms, will head up chairmanship of the Marketing Committee.
